Day 7: Back to *hell* ...making circles

nano-orchidarium buildIt seems it will be a rather costly ordeal to get circles cut by a professional… so I am thinking I will have to do it myself after all. What a bitch!

I think that the thinner 1,5 mm thick PVC I used for the tube is too thin to support for the lid/bottom so I am back to tackling the 3 mm PVC I was fighting to cut last weekend…. I gave up on the mat cutter and went with a very fine toothed metal saw instead. It took about 1 hour per circle of solid cutting – no breaks. Count on a sore shoulder and one or two blisters, but it can be done.

The worst of it is, that when you are done with one – you are only half done….
